Dear Residents,

This letter is to formally clarify the status and authority of the Valle Vista HOA.

Recently, it has come to our attention that letters have been written and delivered to specific neighbors that appear to be from the HOA but were not authorized or issued by our Association. These communications voiced individual residents’ personal concerns or disputes. We want to state clearly and unequivocally:

  • The HOA does not issue violation letters.
  • The HOA does not enforce neighborhood standards.
  • The HOA does not send notices regarding personal disputes between neighbors.
  • The HOA does not authorize any resident to act on its behalf in such matters.


Any correspondence claiming to be from the HOA regarding enforcement, complaints, demands, or directives should be considered invalid and reported to the HOA (see email below).

As residents of this community, all homeowners are required to comply with applicable city and municipal ordinances. Enforcement of city codes—including property maintenance, noise regulations, parking restrictions, or other legal requirements—is handled exclusively by the city. Any concerns regarding ordinance violations should be directed to the appropriate city department, which has the legal authority to investigate and address such matters.

The HOA exists solely as a voluntary association intended to promote the best interests of our neighborhood as a group and neighborly interactions. It does not serve as a governing or enforcement body.
