VALLE VISTA HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (VVHOA)

Please verify the address for your inquiry against the streets listed on this map. We are on the south side of Smith Valley Road and west of Sheek Road in Greenwood, Indiana.

There are two separate HOA associations in this neighborhood:

• The VVHOA is voluntary and includes all 365 properties
• The Lake Association is mandatory for those who have property bordering the lake.  They can be reached HERE.
  

NON-RESIDENTS   The term "Valle Vista" is a large geographical area that includes homes, condos, apartments, businesses, and a golf course.  Our association is only a part of the Valle Vista area and the various entities are not affiliated. 

TITLE COMPANIES  Bank loans and other paperwork associated with home sales/purchases DO NOT need to be approved or signed by the VVHOA board.  We also do not track unpaid dues or place liens on homes since joining each year is optional.   

RESIDENTS   Home improvement projects do not need to be approved by VVHOA.  Please consult the Greenwood city code for compliance. 
Finally, the VVHOA board has no legal authority to resolve disputes between neighbors on issues like noise, property lines, fence height, fallen trees/branches, pet nuisances, parked cars/RVs, etc. Please talk with your neighbors, check city ordinances, and if necessary contact the appropriate government organization to resolve such disputes.
